Onboarding a new client is manageable until several start in the same week. Then the contract sits in one tool, ad account access in an email thread and brand assets in a shared folder, and someone has to work out who is still missing what.
So I'm building a white-label onboarding portal for paid ads agencies. The client works through four steps in the agency's own branding (contract, ad access, assets, complete), and the agency will be able to see where every client stands at a glance. The live demo shows the client side.
It is early stage, so up to 3 agencies can run their next real client onboarding through it as a free trial. You owe nothing after the trial. Pricing is only discussed after.
Behind it I'm a full-stack developer (MERN) who also builds AI systems, working in Next.js, React, Node.js and FastAPI. A recent example is a Search & Email Agent that researches live information and sends personalized emails in one autonomous loop.
I also write at @AIWerse, which I founded because most AI content is either hype or fluff, and I wanted to publish something more useful.

6-STEP PROCESS
Discovery
Understanding the real problem: who has it, and why existing tools don't solve it. This is the most important step, and the one most often skipped. We don't want to waste time building the wrong thing. So I start by talking to real people, and observing their business processes, to understand the problem space. The gap between the problem and the solution is where I find the opportunity to create something new.
Validation
Testing the approach against real constraints before committing resources to build.
Design
User-centered, intuitive interfaces shaped by what was actually validated.
Development
Clean, scalable, agile code — full-stack or agentic, depending on what the problem needs. I build the solution iteratively, with frequent check-ins and demos to ensure we're on the right track. I also write tests and documentation as I go, so that the result is maintainable and understandable by others. I also consult the business stakeholders to ensure that the solution is aligned with their goals and constraints.
